As you can tell, they have some of the same relatives further back. Both are descended from Dual Ch Banchory Bolo. Gunner even has the characteristic "Bolo pads" on the bottoms of his paws (white hairs between the pads). Our female has been traced back to the 1800's to Bucchleuch Avon - one of the first to introduce the "chocolate" coloring into the breed.
